Planning for a Disney trip is like none other imo, and it honestly overwhelms me. I immediately felt less stressed once I knew we had Jenny’s help on board. She had helped our large group years ago and came through again this time too! She was most vital in booking character and special dining reservations, explaining the lightning lane process, and always available for extra questions and advice. Jen made our family Disney trip absolutely seamless from start to finish. Planning for 10 people across 3 families could have easily felt overwhelming, but she handled every detail with incredible care and expertise.
From coordinating our hotel rooms so that we were all together in a row (including a connected room setup for the cousins, which they absolutely loved) to securing the perfect dining reservations, every piece of the trip was thoughtfully planned. The character meals she recommended were a huge highlight, and the girls were thrilled to meet so many of their favorite characters.
What truly stood out was how expertly she guided us in planning experiences for our wide age range of children, ages 2–9. She helped us navigate ride selections, pacing, and recommendations that ensured every child (and adult) had a magical experience tailored to their stage and interests.
Her guidance on ride strategy and Lightning Lane selections made such a difference in our overall experience. It was truly one of the best investments of the trip. Our wait times were minimal, which allowed us to accomplish so much more each day than we ever expected.
Jen took the stress out of coordinating a large family trip and helped create a vacation full of special memories for all of us.
