everything you want to know about magical vacation destinations

frequently asked questions

how early should I start planning?

You can start now! Disney packages can be booked up to 500 days from check in, and only require a $200 deposit. If you are outside that 500 day window, you can still reach out to me to start talking through your vacation! I have booked trips from 4 weeks to over a year out!

what does it cost to use a travel agent?

My services to book your Disney and Universal vacations are completely FREE! There is no catch! I get paid commission directly by Disney and Universal. I can even SAVE YOU MONEY by watching for promotions and discounts to apply to your vacation. And that doesn't even account for the time I will save you and the headaches I will prevent!

A planning and design fee is charged for other travel destinations.

I can get discounted tickets, can you still plan my vacation?

The short answer is YES! There are some ticket promotions out there, including military or through some employers, but I can book your resort stay and still help you plan your trip. Reach out to me, and we can discuss the details.

how many days should I plan to spend in Orlando?

You know what I'm going to say...it depends! Is this a once-in-a-lifetime trip, or do you visit every couple years? How many people are in your group, and do you need to account for afternoon naps? And the biggest question - what is your budget? I can work with you to figure out the best touring plan for your family.

my favorite vacation tips

01.

stay fed and hydrated

Especially in Florida, the heat can get to you quick! Make sure you energize yourself throughout the day by drinking lots of water and eating meals and snacks. If you can stay energized throughout the day, the crowds tend to taper off in the hot afternoon which can mean shorter lines for rides. But if you need to leave the parks for a couple hours to take naps or cool off in the pool - do it! Don't "ruin" a trip by doing too much in one day and wearing everyone out.

02.

don't try to do it all

Have each member of your party select 1-2 things they MUST do at each park you're visiting and make a plan to accomplish that list. Anything else you do is bonus! You won't be able to do every single thing on every trip, so it is good to set priorities and not be overwhelmed.

03.

pack sunscreen

A sunburn is a surefire way to ruin a vacation! Make sure you apply sunscreen regularly. That Florida sun hits different.

04.

don't forget about the free stuff

There are a lot of free things you can experience at Disney and Universal! Some resorts have Movies Under the Stars or firepits with smores! There are often small performances around the parks, Disney Springs and CityWalk. These are all things that can add a lot of enjoyment to your trip for no cost.

05.
